Jill Milligan

President

Jill Milligan currently serves as President of The Exponential Group, and The Great Turnaround. The Great Turnaround is an unprecedented and proven innovation by Dr. Bruce Wilkinson and The Exponential Group for Pregnancy Centers that provides a comprehensive, multi-media fundraising experience that seeks to raise more funds than they ever thought possible at their annual event. In 2012 Jill Milligan led the team to increase the number of events 100% and raise over $25,000,000. Their goals for this year are to double again and raise $45,000,000 which will bring the total raised to $100,000,000.

Previously Jill was with Walk thru The Bible Ministries, (a non-profit organization) for 26 years serving in many different leadership roles. She served as Director of

Circulation for 3 years before being promoted to V/P of Circulation. Because of her success in growing the circulation area and increasing the efficiency of systems and distribution she was promoted to be V/P of Seminars and Operations. Under her leadership, the seminar division exceeded 500 seminars a year. She exhibited the same leadership qualities and was again promoted to serve as Vice President of Video Division. Her skills of leadership and teambuilding enabled her to manage operations, marketing and partnerships with numerous denominations and ministries. She also served on the Executive Committee for 24 of those years.

In addition to her roles at Walk thru the Bible she has also served on several boards including Charlotte Awake Board, a city reaching ministry in Charlotte, N.C. and the National Lighthouse Committee with Mission America. Jill also is a speaker and teacher and has spoken for Christian Women’s Club, Christian Management Institute and the National Free Will Baptist. She is the leader of a Women’s Retreat Team called Freedoms Call and teaches regular Bible Studies for Women in her church and community. Troy Fairley

Director of Partnerships

Troy joined Bruce Wilkinson Ministries in the summer of 2010. Since that time, he has worked closely with the ministry of Pregnancy Centers in an effort to maximize the success of their annual fundraising banquets and he has become an integral part of The Exponential Group. Troy combines over 20 years of experience in management, sales/networking, ministry, and coaching for the purpose of serving the vision and purposes of Bruce Wilkinson Ministries. He considers his position a privilege as he has enjoyed working with what he calls "the salt of the Earth' – Directors of PRC's. Troy currently resides in sunny south Florida where he enjoys life with his wife, Laura, and his two basketball loving boys, Luke and Jonathan.

Gary Feenstra

Director of Faculty

In 2011, after decades in academic administration, God led Gary Feenstra away from his award-winning role as Superintendent of Schools in Zeeland. A faithful supporter of the pro-life movement his entire life, Gary was thrilled when God opened doors for him to serve all four Lakeshore Pregnancy Centers as Director of Development.

Gary is a relatable speaker and an inspiring visionary. His resume is a testament to his remarkable record of diverse and in-demand leadership, especially among his West Michigan community. He served as Tulip Time Festival President, chaired the Holland Community Police Relations Commission, and was the president of Zeeland’s Chamber of Commerce—to name just a few.

Gary earned a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Supervision from Michigan State University and has continued post-graduate studies ever since. He has faithfully served in his church for decades, leading youth groups, directing the choir, and telling stories through song for Children’s Bible Hour.

Gary beams with pride at talk of his family. His wife of nearly 40 years, Diane, is a retired award-winning teacher and coach. Their three children are grown and serving the Lord in medicine and aviation around the globe. Gary and Diane have six grandchildren.

Joel Milligan

Service Coordinator

Joel worked as a project manager for over 30 years in case design for the manufacturing of refrigerated cases in the grocery store and restaurant industry. He most recently joined The Exponential Group as a Ministry Consultant. He and his wife Jill live in Charlotte, N.C. and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Joel is an active member of his church and has a teaching ministry in the Mecklenberg county jail.

Beth Cowan

GTA Representative Coordinator

Beth joined Bruce Wilkinson Ministries in May 2011. She and her husband, Leon, are native Texans but now live in Charlotte, NC. They have two grown children, Michelle Cowan and Kuhrt Cowan, and now Kuhrt's wife, Lindsey. After working as a Registered Dental Assistant for 20 years, Beth felt that God was calling her into ministry. She has been very involved in Women's Ministry for the past five years at her church in Houston, TX – Sagemont Church. After moving to Charlotte in December 2010, she met Jill Milligan, President of Bruce Wilkinson Ministries and was asked to come to work there as Jill's assistant. She is now serving as the Great Turnaround Representative Coordinator.

Kathy Maas

Office Manager

Kathy Maas joined The Exponential Group team in November, 2012, having served in a variety of Christian ministries throughout her career. The desire to serve in ministry came early, while Kathy was still in high school, and led her initially to Midwest Challenge in Minneapolis, where she eventually became the rehabilitation director. From there, Kathy moved on to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, where she assisted with counseling and follow-up for Billy Graham Crusades around the US. In 1994, she relocated to Colorado Springs, where she served International Students, Inc. as vice president of operations and communications. She later returned to BGEA as managing director of the Billy Graham Schools of Evangelism. A native of Wisconsin, Kathy now calls North Carolina home. In her spare time, she teaches undergraduate management classes online, and serves actively at Exodus Church in Belmont, NC. Her favorite restful vacation spot is the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Gary Fallon

Director of Marketing & Communications

Gary Fallon presently serves as Director of Marketing and Communications for the Exponential Group, the parent company of The Great Turnaround, which is serving the Pregnancy Centers in raising $100 million dollars to further their God given goals in the Pro-life movement. From website creation to media related tools for Pregnancy Centers he has been using his skills since joining the staff in January 2012. He also is using his role with The Bruce Wilkinson Ministries in areas such as online resources, bookstore and websites.

Gary, being called to full-time ministry, has served in Christian ministry for over 40 years in local churches and para-church ministries. His Bachelor’s degree in Theology and a Master’s degree in Marketing has uniquely benefitted him for his 30 years in Christian Media related opportunities. His media background includes serving in roles as: Director, Producer, Videographer, Editor, Set-designer, Writer, On-air talent, TV production manager, Station manager as well as being an adjunct college professor for media/communication courses and an International News writer for NBC. Wearing both hats of “Manager” over media production teams / divisions and being a “Creative” production person at the same time, is a mixed-role he has seen successfully achieved in over 1,000 broadcast programs.

His key positions in management and media related production include nationally known ministries such as with the late Dr. D. James Kennedy at Coral Ridge Ministries, John Hagee ministries, and VP of Media Production with Dr. Bruce Wilkinson at Walk Thru the Bible Ministries. For many decades, Gary’s broad experience has also been invested as a consultant / freelancer in many churches (mega & small) and various ministries – as well as being President of his own organizations. He and his wife, Kathy, have held key volunteer leadership roles in their local church and are seminar speakers. They deeply enjoy their 3 grandchildren, along with their 5 grown children.
